On 14 October 2020, Prof. Mireille Hildebrandt will speak at the public seminar Légiférer le risque on ‘Risk reduction as a legal obligation’ and will engage in a discussion with Boris Vallaud, member of the National Assembly of France.

The seminar is part of the series Géopolitique du risque: Technologies et globalisation organised by the Chair Géopolitique du risque at École normale supérieure. This series of seminars proposes a model of dialogue between two speakers. Among others, the discussed issues include global health, communication management in times of crises, cyber risks, ethics of risk management, human rights and new technologies, financial risks, climate crisis, nuclear risk, and risk in political economy.
