Zufall to speak at ‘International Trade Regime for the Data-Driven Economy’ conference
Frederike Zufall is speaking at the 6th AIELN Biennial Conference ‘International Trade Regime for the Data-Driven Economy: How will Artificial Intelligence Transform International Economic Law’ in Taipei, Taiwan, on 26-27 October 2019.
She will present her co-authored (with Raphael Zingg, ETH Zürich) paper on “Data Portability in a Data-Driven World” discussing the value of data as a tradeable asset and its regulation by data protection and/or competition law.
